Product Directions

Body Scrubs: Begin with wet skin in the shower—warm-to-hot water is ideal to soften the skin. Allow the shower to run for 5-10 minutes and let the warm water soften the skin and prepare for exfoliation. Pause the running water while you exfoliate. Apply the sugar or salt scrub in a circular motion. When finished exfoliating, rinse off with warm water.

KEEP AWAY FROM OPEN AREA’S AND PRIVATES.

Body scrubs on your face: Use discretion when using any body scrub on your face. Wet face with warm-to-hot water is ideal to soften the skin. Apply the sugar or salt scrub in a circular motion. When finished exfoliating, rinse off with warm water.

KEEP AWAY FROM YOUR EYES.

 Facial Masks:

Wash your face. Before you apply your mask, be sure to cleanse your skin thoroughly. Using warm water and your favorite facial cleanser, remove any makeup, dirt, and oil. Do not apply moisturizer

Apply the mask. Using a paintbrush (or another soft-bristled wide brush) or your fingertips apply the mask evenly to your face. If you do not have a brush and plan to use your fingertips, then make sure your hands are clean before applying the mask. Be sure that the application of the product is even and smooth. Avoid going too close to your eyes or mouth, but don’t forget your neck!

Set a timer and wait. The length of time you will leave on your mask will vary based on the type of mask you are using, and the type of skin you have. In general, 15 minutes is a good average for most masks. Set a timer for yourself and relax.

Remove the mask. After the proper waiting time, use warm water and a washcloth to gently remove the mask. Be sure to gently wipe away the mask from around your hairline and under your chin

Turmeric Mask: Turmeric Mask Is applied in the same manor as listed above. However, you have to mix the turmeric concentrate with plain yogurt. I always keep my turmeric concentrate in the refrigerator, because it always helps minimizing any puffiness in my face (I.e. under eyes). I use 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, to ¼ teaspoon of turmeric concentrate. I urge you to try the mixture on your inner wrist. Turmeric mask is like a semi-permanent yellow corrector pen. You can add more or less turmeric to your mixture depending on your skin tone. I use mine under my eyes, dark areas on my face.

Powder Masks: This is a trial that I sent out in grab bags. It is a powder that is a dry mask mixture. I normally mix up 1/8 cup of warm milk, and add the powder until the desired consistency. I apply it according to the mask instructions listed above.

24K Serum aka Cleopatra’s Secret: Shake the serum up before use. Gold is heavy, if the gold is collecting at the bottom of the container, run warm to hot water, and place the bottle under the running water. Continue to shake the bottle until mixed. It is most effective to use serum on cleansed skin prior to applying makeup or skin primer. You can use serum to highlight cheek bones after you applied makeup, because of the gold shimmer. You can apply the serum in the morning, and at night. Use only 3-4 drops and spread evenly on face. If you use to much, the serum can become sticky, or tacky feeling.

Skin Primer lotions: Primer can be used before make-up, or even without make up. I personally also apply the primer before bed. Apply primer to cleansed skin for optimal results. Apply thin layer all over face, allowing a few mins before make-up application for primer to be absorbed.
